- Michaelmas House aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.
- All prices quoted on this website are in British pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax at 17.5%. orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Michaelmas House and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. Michaelmas House reserve the right to decline any order placed via this website.
- Under the “Criminal Justice Act 1988” it is an offence to sell knives and certain bladed or pointed articles to persons under 16 years of age.
- Michaelmas House reserve the right to make changes to this website and these terms at any time. These conditions are governed and construed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations and Refunds
Michaelmas House wants you to be delighted with your order and the product(s) you receive.
Complaints or notification of damages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending or delivering to us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation or return. |
